These terms govern access to and use of the ecruelement platform and related services for commercial interior design consulting and premium real estate asset management.
We offer courses and consulting on optimizing office spaces, selecting sustainable materials, and auditing design costs for investors. Services are provided exclusively based on confirmed orders and signed contracts.
ecruelement commits to providing services according to agreed specifications, with professional diligence. We reserve the right to modify the course offering and prices, with prior notice.
ecruelement is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or business interruptions caused by the use of services, to the extent permitted by law. Total liability is limited to the value of services purchased in the last 12 months.
Payments are made according to the issued invoice. Returns are possible within 14 days of purchase, only for courses not yet started. Transfer costs are borne by the user.
The user may request account termination at any time. ecruelement may suspend or terminate access in case of a serious breach of terms, with 7 days prior notice.
We reserve the right to update these terms. Users will be notified by email 30 days before implementation. Continued use after the modification implies acceptance of the new terms.
